• You are making a booking directly with Hotel City Inn.
• Please carefully review the booking and cancellation policies. In case of any modification or cancellation, the applicable cancellation charges will apply as per hotel policy.
• Guests may be required to provide valid payment details and government-approved photo identification at the time of check-in. Any services or inclusions not mentioned in the booking confirmation may be chargeable.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation without assigning any reason.
• Guests are requested to follow all hotel rules and regulations displayed inside the guest rooms and common areas.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
• To confirm a reservation, 100% advance payment is mandatory. Payment can be made online or offline.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• 24-hour check-in and check-out facility is available.

• A maximum of 3 guests per room is permitted.
• It is mandatory for all guests to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Drivers’ accommodation is not permitted within the hotel premises.
• Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Consumption of alcohol, narcotic substances, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises.
